Precision Farrowing Feeders
Feeders that give each lactating sow a controlled amount of feed through the day.

Smart Sow Feeding · E201
Stations that identify each sow by her ear tag and give her an individual ration in a group house.
Sizes and configuration are customised to the project; details are agreed with you before quotation.
In group housing, an electronic sow feeding station reads each sow’s ear tag, checks her feeding plan and releases a set amount of feed. Entrance and exit gates protect the sow while she eats. The station records her visits, so staff can see who has not eaten. It works with group pens, electronic ear tags and management software.
Each sow gets her own set amount, even in a large group.
Staff see who has eaten and who has not.
Feeding plans and reports are managed on a computer.
Typical reference values. Final dimensions, materials and configuration are customised to your project and confirmed with you before quotation.

Why HNYZ Group
It depends on the herd size and the group system. We calculate from your sow numbers.
Yes, with a training pen or a training period. Staff need to help the first time.
Each sow wears an electronic ear tag. When she enters a feeding station it reads the tag and gives her the ration set for her.
Feeding to a plan for each sow can reduce over- and under-feeding. We do not quote savings without data from your own farm.
Group pens, ear tags and software are normally part of the package. Staff training is also important.
Yes, if the pens and the software are planned for it.
Good designs let sows pass out of the station and alert staff. Please ask about the fail-safe design of the model.
No. Dimensions, materials and configuration are customised to your herd size, climate and local rules, and agreed with you before quotation.
They are typical reference values to help you compare. Final specifications are confirmed with you before quotation.
